ChatGPT's 28 Days: A Rare Sustainable Hotspot on X?

· 1 min read

X has never lacked hot topics — almost every day, a bunch of new ones spring up. Yet very few of them last. The vast majority are gone within a day or two. A select few manage to stay hot for a while, and those are almost always the ones that keep fermenting, with people constantly building new things around them. Take OpenClaw, the big hotspot earlier this year: it stayed hot for two or three months precisely because new hot topics kept emerging around it.

ChatGPT has been running its “28 Days” thing lately: a new feature or reset every day. Seven days in now, it has basically manufactured a new hotspot every single day, keeping ChatGPT front and center on X throughout. Even the current Grok bot frenzy hasn’t dented that daily rhythm at all. Barring accidents, ChatGPT will genuinely pull off a 28-day hotspot on X.

Worth studying.

If OpenClaw’s virality on X earlier this year carried more than a little luck, ChatGPT’s 28 Days is a fully controllable hotspot.

The method is replicable.
